Who handles your information

Wedding Photography Cambridge is the data controller for information submitted through this site. Use the contact form on this site.

What is collected

Only what you type into the enquiry form: your names, email address, phone number if you give one, your wedding date, your venue and anything you write in the message box. The page you sent the enquiry from is recorded alongside it so we know which part of the site you were reading.

Why it is held

To answer your enquiry and, if you go on to book, to organise your wedding coverage. The lawful basis is legitimate interest for answering an enquiry, and contract once a booking is made. You are not added to any marketing list by sending an enquiry.

How long it is kept

Enquiries that do not lead to a booking are deleted after twelve months. Booking records are kept for six years, which is the period HMRC requires for business records.

Who else sees it

Enquiries are stored on this website and emailed to us. The site is hosted in the United Kingdom or the European Economic Area. Your details are not sold, and they are not shared with anyone except where a supplier is needed to deliver your booking, such as an online gallery host or an album printer.
