About these terms

These terms cover the use of this website. They are not the contract for a wedding booking. Booking terms, including deposits, cancellation and what is delivered, are sent separately and agreed in writing before any money changes hands.

Enquiries are not bookings

Sending the enquiry form does not hold a date and does not create a contract. A date is only held once a booking has been confirmed in writing and any deposit has been received.

Information on this site

Descriptions of coverage on this site are a general guide. Availability, timings and price are confirmed in writing for your specific date and venue and are what apply.

Images and copyright

Photographs and text on this site are copyright of their owner and may not be copied or republished without permission. Copyright in wedding photographs remains with the photographer; couples receive a licence to use their images personally, set out in the booking terms.

Liability

This site is provided as it is. Nothing here limits liability for death, personal injury or fraud.

Law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales.
